Casting The Hunger Games: Peeta & Gale!

Now that we know who will play Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming film adaption of The Hunger Games, we’re on the edge of our seats waiting to hear who will be playing Peeta and Gale.
According to The Playlist, there are a few names director Gary Ross is looking at for each role.
For Peeta (Katniss’ fellow Hunger Games tribute) we have fan fave Hunter Parrish, Josh Hutcherson, Lucas Till, Alexander Ludwig and Evan Peters.
For Gale (her best friend from District 12), David Henrie, Liam Hemsworth, Robbie Amell and Drew Roy are all in contention.

Vanessa Hudgens leaves the Studio Cafe followed closely behind by her rumored new beau Josh Hutcherson on Thursday (March 24) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old actress was also joined by her sister Stella, mom Gina, and BFF Laura New.
After lunch, the group headed over to Studio City Tattoo where Vanessa picked up some accessories.
The night before, Vanessa attended the premiere of her new film Sucker Punch and met up with MFC to share her favorite sequence to film. Watch below!

Vanessa Hudgens Slips A Sucker Punch to Avan Jogia

Avan Jogia slips into the back seat of an awaiting car next Vanessa Hudgens as they leave for the Sucker Punch after party in Hollywood on Wednesday night (March 23).
The duo were joined by Josh Hutcherson (not pictured) who also attended the premiere with the Hudgensfamily.
Vanessa shared with InStyle about the prop she wanted to take from the Sucker Punch set: “I really wish I could still carry around my saw!”

During the taping, Ellen had to ask about the 22-year-old actress’ love life.
Vanessa insisted that she’s still friends with former beau Zac Efron, “No, we’re good. After being in a relationship with someone that long, you stay friends. [We were together] five years.”
But what about Josh Hutcherson? “Aww, I love him,” she gushed. “We just did a movie together and we had the best time.”

The 22-year-old actress was spotted out on a joy ride with costar Josh Hutcherson earlier this week.

Josh Hutcherson is fedora fresh as he attends the premiere of his flick, Detention, during the 2011 SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas over the weekend.
The 18-year-old actor caught up with EW on the red carpet to chat about another movie he has his eye on — The Hunger Games!
Josh shared, “I love Peeta. The character is so much who I am—self deprecating, a people person. And he’d be such a great character to play! Like in the third book? Oh my God.”
